Shipping Policy
Online orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All items are made-to-order and the standard delivery time is 3-8 weeks, but each product has a specific delivery time frame, so please check the item descriptions.
We use United States Postal Service (USPS) mail to send our items. Once shipped, the customer will receive an email notification with tracking number.
FAQ
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Due to personal design on these products, orders CANNOT be REFUNDED and CANNOT BE CANCELLED more than 24 hours.
Refunds will not be given for incorrect address entries. WE DO NOT ALLOW EXCHANGES. Please take your time to ensure you have the correct information!
We are not responsible If your package is stolen. Please keep updated with the tracking number we provide to avoid any issues.
Do you ship international?
Yes. Check your country during checkout. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOM FEES DURING SHIPPING!
Where is my order?
If you have not yet received a tracking number via email, your order is still in process. Please make sure you read the information provided in the product description you have ordered!
